We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with those close to us. We dearly hope you can make it and we look forward to seeing you at our wedding weekend in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

We fell in love with Bistro Molines's stunning views of the Hunter Valley on our first visit, and we've been captivated by its rustic French Provincial feel on every visit since. It's exciting to think it will host us on our wedding day in March of 2026.

This site will give you all the information you need to have a fun and enjoyable stay in the Hunter Valley over the course of our wedding. We'd encourage you to book accommodation ASAP as the Hunter is always a popular destination.

Ceremony Timings & Transport

The ceremony will commence at 6pm sharp. We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 5.45pm. 

For guests driving to the event, there is ample parking on site. 

Guests will be invited to the main dining room from 7pm for the wedding reception. 

Please make sure to advise of any dietary requirements when you RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

The only kids we'll have at our wedding with will our two beautiful flower girls, Hope and Bella, and of course Adam's lovely daughter, Madison. Whilst we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand. 

Photos

Your presence at our ceremony is the best gift you can give us. We will have a photographer taking photos as we make our vows so we respectfully request that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. You're welcome to take as many photos as you like during the reception!

Montana - Mount View Holiday House

The day after the wedding, please join us for a relaxed recovery lunch at a private holiday house near the wedding location. We’ll have drinks flowing, a casual BBQ, and plenty of time for a post-wedding debrief and story swapping. There’s also a pool, so feel free to bring your swimmers if you’d like a dip. We’d love to spend a laid-back afternoon celebrating (and recapping!) with you.

Arriving at Bistro Molines
The easiest way is by car.

It’s about 195 km from Sydney and takes roughly 2 hours 20 minutes via the M1 Pacific Motorway and then following signs to Cessnock and Mount View.

Bistro Molines is about a 10mins drive from Pokolbin Village.

Parking is available at Bistro Molines.
